Hotel Stadtgarten offers holiday apartments at Lake Constance:

All 8 of our holiday apartments are rated 4 stars, and our holiday house even 5 stars. We are located in a green, peaceful area yet close to the city. Being part of the Apart Hotel Stadtgarten, you can enjoy all the amenities our hotel has to offer: indoor pool at 28°C, relaxation room, fitness garden, terrace, and sunbathing lawn. Additional services for a fee include sauna, infrared cabin, and massages.

Everything thought of in the exclusive basic equipment of the apartments at Hotel Stadtgarten:

Ample towels for showering and bathing are provided. Spare bed linen can be found in the wardrobe. Dish towels are placed in the fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a stove with oven, dishwasher with tablets, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine with filter papers, kettle, toaster, paper towels, pepper, salt, and sugar. The bathroom offers a shower, WC, hairdryer, towel warmer, cosmetic tissues, shower gel, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. All apartments have 2 TVs, safe, telephone, free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/USB-compatible, and complimentary DVDs and books. We also offer a bread roll service: you can order rolls at the reception (before 12:00) for the next day using an order form. A baby cot can be brought or provided by us for a one-time fee of €29; children under 3 stay free.

Comfortable extras for a perfect stay:

In our small laundry, you can wash your clothes yourself using a Miele washing machine for €4 per load and a Miele dryer for €4 per load. Organic detergent is provided free of charge. Our beds are protected against dust mites with encasings plus a molton cover. The duvets and pillows are anti-allergenic and “Nomite” certified.

Relax in the indoor pool at Hotel Stadtgarten:

The hotel’s indoor pool is open from 7:00 to 20:00 and maintained at 28°C. (Children under 14 must be accompanied by parents). The Bodensee Therme Überlingen is located directly across the street.

Wellness and relaxation at Hotel Stadtgarten:

In the relaxation room (access from 16 years), professional physiotherapists offer massages for a fee. Please register in advance at the reception. Additionally, a massage chair is available for €1 for 5 minutes. In the anteroom of the relaxation area, you will find our small fitness garden equipped with various exercise equipment so you can stay active even on vacation.

Parking and breakfast at Hotel Stadtgarten:

A parking space can be booked for €8 per day. Please reserve in advance. The rich and appetizing breakfast buffet can also be booked at the reception. For guests 16 and older, breakfast costs €25 per person (breakfast vouchers available at reception). Children and teenagers pay reduced prices. A Lake Constance hotel with breakfast – the perfect start to your day!

Dogs are welcome at Hotel Stadtgarten:

Dogs (max. 2 per apartment) are allowed in hotel apartments 101, 102, and 103. Our hotel is ideal for a holiday with your four-legged friend.

Hygiene and sustainability at Hotel Stadtgarten:

Our thorough and highly hygienic final cleaning is included in the price to guarantee you a pleasant and worry-free holiday.

Sustainability at Hotel Stadtgarten on Lake Constance:

We place great importance on environmental protection. Hot water is largely produced using solar energy. E-cars can be charged at our photovoltaic charging stations at local rates. Our cleaning and laundry detergents are fully biodegradable and sourced from a regional, certified organic manufacturer. All paper products, including toilet paper, carry the Blue Angel eco-label.

Charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes:

The charging station for e-cars allows charging at local rates, payable easily by credit card. Lockable charging boxes are available for e-bikes. Electricity is free, and the box can be secured with a €1 coin, which is returned upon unlocking. **Note**: Charging batteries inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.

2.5 room luxury apartment for up to 4-5 people

This beautiful apartment is located directly in the Apart Hotel Stadtgarten***Superior on the lake and south side:

This beautiful apartment is located in our upper building, ideally attached to the hotel.
You can reach the main building of the Apart Hotel Stadtgarten. on dry feet via a few stairs.
The apartment is on the ground floor and therefore has a beautiful terrace with several seating areas and additionally its own sun lawn in the garden. Very quiet location facing the city garden and south.

Master bedroom: with large double bed, separate mattresses, access to the terrace
